Enterprise Dashboards

We worked with a mid-size enterprise to overhaul their Tableau environment — consolidating fragmented dashboards, optimizing query performance, and building a self-serve analytics layer that reduced dependency on their data team.

The challenge

The company had accumulated over 200 Tableau workbooks across departments, many with overlapping metrics that showed different numbers. Dashboard load times averaged 30+ seconds, and the data team spent most of their time fielding ad-hoc requests rather than building strategic analytics.

What we built

We audited the entire Tableau environment, consolidated metrics into a single source of truth, optimized data extracts and query patterns, and built templated dashboards that business users could customize themselves. We also trained department leads to build their own views.
